Return Policy
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within ten (10) days from the date on which you received them from Dauphine Group. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within ten (10) days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by the Vendor (UPS), or through another shipping agent.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- we invite you to correctly fill out the online Return Form so you can get a Return Number;
- the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
- the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
- the products are returned in their original packaging;
- the returned products are sent to the Vendor in a single delivery. The Vendor reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;
- return items must be shipped back to the Vendor within ten (10) days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor shall refund the entire price for the purchased products minus the original cost of delivery. . If the returned products cannot be accepted you will be notified of your failure to fulfill the conditions indicated above. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the sums paid for your purchase of the products.
Refund Times and Procedures
After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Whatever the form of payment used by you (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when the Vendor learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the terms of payment used:
- purchase by credit/debit card for purchasing products, the time period depends on the credit/debit card, but the credit normally appears after two bank statements. Please note that the currency exchange rate to be used for refunding the sums paid is the same as the currency exchange rate at the date of debit on your current account; consequently you will not be penalised in terms of bank interest.
- payment made by cash on delivery (if available): you will be refunded the sums you paid for purchasing products on your current account; the time needed for refunds depends on data you provided in your order; normally refunds take place within a month.
Identification Tag
Attached to all products sold by the Vendor is an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the label and the relevant seal. Returned products without the label or seal will not be accepted.
